Oh Dear....
Oct2920095:41 p.m.
It's been over a week since I last posted.....and I'm afraid to say that training hasn't been quite so prolific over the last couple of weeks. I haven't been a total sofa spud I have been to the gym and trained there - running a minute, walking a minute. I was really impressed with myself, not only did I have my pick of the treadmills but I also managed half hour solid interval training and at times when I was distracted by the tv or the guys doing weights I managed to keep jogging for about 2mins without even realising! I am starting to make some progress! Woo!! I haven't been out for a road run for about a week but I have been at playing netball and that's on road like surfaces so I have had some non-treadmill time.....I'm not putting in a conviencing argument for my lack of proper training am I? So, while it's a short run I will be jogging to netball training tonight and I am going to do my very very best to get there without walking at all. I'm not going to lie - it is hardly a massive distance to netball training from my flat but if I get there jogging all the way then it will be the first bit of continuous running I've done on the road and a bit of landmark that I can continue to build from!
Oh, and while the diet hasn't been going as much to plan as originally intended I have still lost 4lb in two weeks!!! So, the resolutions ofr next week - get my ass in gear and organised so my training gets back on it's three times weekly track and the diet is followed in a much better way!!!
There it is - in balck and white for you all to see......and tell me off for if my posts don't reflect an improved effort!!

spoogie37 'Best of luck next week! Strange thing about diets - one week you can be followign it to the letter, doing all the necessary exercise and you don't lose an ounce, next week you're very naughty with the food, rather less exercise - and then lose 3lb. Quite how that works I don't know' added 30th Oct 2009
