Yesterdays food

Sep10200810:02 a.m.

B: Museli with milk and raspberries, fruit juice
S: Nutrigrain bar
L: Jacket potato with salad, yoghurt, dried fruit and nuts
S: Flapjack
D: Wrap with humous, cheese and salad

This is fairly typical of my eating recently (except on days when I ahve been having a fried breakfast and then only a yoghurt for lunch).  I shouldn't have had the fruit and nuts or the flapjack, then I would have been inside my caloire quota for the day.

Here's hoping for a better day today.

  • bassclef 'You're doing way better than me - last night was salmon + baked spud (not my choice, but I can hardly complain if my wife decides to cook for me!) after a day starting reasonably well with muesli, then deteriorating with two cheese rolls and 8 (yup, 8) digestive biscuits. Managed to burn off 350 on the treadmill though so I don't feel so bad about it today. B***y hard work though, isn't it.' added 10th Sep 2008
