My buzz is better

The latest area of realbuzz.com to undergo development are the My buzz and public profile pages. All realbuzz.com members' personal profile page or 'My buzz' page has had a facelift and a wealth of new functionality added to it. Top priority for the team here was to make sure realbuzz.com members can keep-up-to date with their buddies on realbuzz.com and be able to find, and follow new friends more easily.
So what's new?
You can now keep tabs on other members of realbuzz.com by following them, which in turn builds your own personal My buzz community.
There's a new community news feed, so whenever a member of your My buzz community (that's someone you start following) adds something to realbuzz.com, for example a blog post or forum reply, it will appear in your feed. You can also highlight your favourite stuff and communicate with other members of your My buzz community through the feed as well!
Stuff you are already subscribed to...
All your old favourites are still there, if you click the subscriptions button at the top right of the community news feed, you'll see updates for everything that you are subscribed to. And we are working on a second phase of this, looking at potentially introducing a list of subscriptions also; to make it easier to see who exactly you are subscribed to, as well as all their updates on realbuzz.com. That's the beauty of a Beta, we can tweak it to suit.
And, as My buzz has changed, so too has your public profile - the page other realbuzzers see that's about you.
So, to check out the changes, hit the My buzz button top right (you need to be logged in) and take a look.
Happy healthy networking!
Tim
Oh, one final note, as I mentioned in an earlier post today, many of the tools and apps we'll be setting live over the coming months will be Betas, in that they'll contain most of the major features, but will not be complete. That way we can take on your feedback and suggestions and make modifications to suit your needs. So, don't forget to post your feedback on the changes to My buzz here, or email geeks@realbuzz.com direct.
