Born to Run - Farm of Withers to London 2012 by VEIRA4

Hi all, things improving on the bad knee front as anti-inflamities do their business and I do what I am told and rest until at least the weekend and its funny how when you get your head around how much you really need the rest far more than you need the training that it comes quite easy and with 9 weeks still to go I am not panicing just yet.

While I not running thought you might like to know whats happening on the farm.. Well we had a bit of a sad event on sunday when we said goodbye to Clarisa the pig, she was 8 years old and in the last year become blind and deaf so it was kinder to let her go ( a man came with a trailer and took her away thats all needed to know!) but on the bright side 3 brand new little piglets have arrived to take her place ( will post a photo of them next time) and this morning i opened the curtains in the lounge to see 2 Canadian Geese on the lake which was a lovely way to start the day! They come every year apparently but being new to this country living lark I find it all fascinating! Hope they hang around for a few days.
