FIVE MILER AND COMMUTE.

Good start to the day 5 mile run in 34.45 mins good pace of 6.56 min/mile well happy got bike commute later time to wrap up me thinks.Well January training went well and flew by training wise not bad for start of year it goes
SWIM 6.6 MILES,BIKE 247 MILES,RUN 75 MILES.Would like to find local 5k or 10k to do in Feb early March but not sure if many events about will have to scout about hope all your training is starting to take shape for 2012.
