SHORT SWIFT BIKE SESSION.

Quick bike ride the day of 1hr 40 mins covering just over 28 miles at an average of 17.5 mph good going.Tomorrow taking group of newbies out for ride of 2hr appox pace will be easy as not expecting pace to be usual pace i go with normal group.This week had cracking week good start to the month.
