first GMR, the aftermath by ange_h

Well.  I did it, I actually did it!

I took part in my first 10k, the Bupa Great Manchester 10k in May 2008.  There were times when I thought I would back out, but I didn't despite feeling I wanted to.

I first decided to enter a 10k when my younger sister died in October 2007.  I wanted to do something.

But, now that I have done the first one...now what?  I confess to a month of doing very little, other than a Scuba Diving holiday where I got my PADI Open Water.

So, here I am, back again...
