Well decided one things for sure gotta keep on runnin! Got roped in to doing a 5k fun run in Brum this Sunday for Macmillan so hope the legs will have recovered by then!
Decided to enter the Acorns Triple Run (Malvern Half) in June....Sub 2.00?
Well I just couldn't resist it could I!....Just entered the ballot for 2010.
