Grrrr...

Definitely dont like this new set up. Just wrote a post , hit publish and it disappeared into the ether. Also - where has "General Running" gone , and why do bog names not appear like they used to? All makes it very difficult for one of small brain size , such as yours truly , to navigate my way around and find my old muckers. Oh well..
So to running.
Wed last - 4 miles with Pauline tho actually more as played " interesting tree fartlekking" for last 2 miles , where speeded up to a tree of choice then jogged back to Pauline. Nice little session.
Fri - another 4 miles or thereabouts. ran with Daughter no 2 which was fun. She isn't exactly sporty and has not run for 2 years since we did Race for Life so hats off to her for doing the whole 4 without stopping. I did a fair bit of running on and back so diff to say how far I ran.
Sat - Music lesson run. ran on my own and did 6 miles 50/50 on and off road. Good fun as quite "undulating" as the lingo goes and plenty of nettling jumping. Funny how nettles thrive in this dry weather? Not sure of time but felt like I pushed myself for first time in a while. Loved it.
Had great 18th party for daughter no1. She has fantastic group of friends who joined in fancy dress and karaoke with gusto. As did her parents. I like to think she was impressed by our renditions of Im to Sexy for my Shirt and Hangin' on the Telephone , but I strongly suspect otherwise.
