Hello bloggers, long time no see!
I have been looking in on you and wondering what the hell I am doing sat on the PC rather than running! Long story short, I am out running again and am aiming to increase my distance back up to a comfortable 10km in 60mins by Christmas. Not too much of an ask I don't think.
Need to lose 12lb or so along the way too, that snuck up on me while I was keeping the sofa warm!
Anyway, ran for 30mins in 10min blocks this morning and covered 4miles. Feel great for it too. Am a running genius!
Hoping to regain my running mojo and thought Realbuzz would be the place to find it - see you along the way you lovely, lovely lot!

naomi83 'Hello! Welcome back! You sound like you're in a similar place to me! I have just made my running comeback since breaking my foot in February training for the marathon... no running (or any other form of exercise) for 6 months have led to 8lbs of weight gain and lots of clothes that don't fit properly! Welcome back to running... A 60 minute 10km is a great place to start. I'm aiming to get back to running 10kms by December too (and to get this weight off too!)
