I am writing this post on my phone, sitting in my caravan at silverstone! Bear with me. I have no idea which key does the job of the return key! I went for a run around the circuit tonight, started out at sunset and by the time i had done 2 laps it was pitch black and i couldn't tell the tarmac from the gravel traps! I think i covered just under 4 miles with my eldest cycling next to me and drinking all my water! I will report back on pace when i download the nike+. I loved running around the track, good surface, nice and hill free and no dog poop! Must jog out now, texting thumb is not happy!
