I stretched out this a.m. then got on an elliptical machine for a good muscle warm up. I then got on a treadmill and tested my knee to see how it would feel. I took it VERY easy setting the pace at 12:00 miles. I ran 2 miles and experienced mild discomfort in the knee area. I walked about another 1/4 mile on the treadmill then got off and stretched and used my foam roller. Treatment as usual today. I felt that I had to test it just a little bit to see what was going to happen. I plan to walk during my lunch break today (The weather forecast calls for beautiful weather), I don't want to miss an opportunity to enjoy it. Many people have wished me well in the past few days. It's a great feeling to know that others are aware of what your doing and are supportive of you.
