Ok, another post...

The other week, I thought I'd entered my last post. I was very frustrated at the time because the knee pain from my IT Band was very disheartening. I had run so many training miles and hated to even think that my knee condition could stop me from running. I've since been working to stay stretched out and have made very good progress by being able to keep up with maintenance runs. Stretching and icing has been the key.

jadebecca 'I'm so happy that you are feeling better and on the mend! My training partner is also doing well. We ran a half marathon together on Saturday and did 5 tonight. She continues to stretch faithfully before and after her runs. I wish you GOD SPEED in more ways than one!' added 27th Sep 2007
