half body weight

not if only that referred to how much weight I have lost but instead it is the amount of weight the physio says I can now put on my bad leg. Now in my mind if you stood with the weight distributed between equally between both legs then half of your body weight would be going through 1 leg. Well I am wrong that is full body weight so does that mean when you stand one leg you are putting more than full body weight through it?
Anyway still the same exercises to do and then in 2 weeks time I get more exciting exercises and can put all my body weight through it.
Spent today knackered as I went back to work yesterday for the first time since the operation. I enjoyed it and it wasn't too painful. I felt a bit groggy from the painkillers but thats nothing new. Decided to try not having any today and knee was fine until 4ish and then it started hurting so I have had to have some dicnofenic. At least that shouldn't tire me out, it was the tramadol that was doing that and I don't want to take that as I want to have a drink tonight and you can't have alcohol with tramadol - must get my prioritities right.
