So today i was mostly baking cakes for my mothers 50th birthday, this doesnt sound like much exercise but walking to the supermarket a few times for all the things i had forgotten (brain like a sieve, i blame having mary for that) i have clocked up 11,000 steps so all was good. Eating like a horse at Frankie and Benny's maybe not so good but most enjoyable never the less.
So the rest of the weekend is being dedicated to walking lot more to work off the milion calories i ate tonight, honestly i think i can feel myself gaining weight as i type this. As ive mentioned before i am doing weight watchers because im overweight and felt the need, its been really helpful and made me realise just what i was eating (crap and lots of it) ive lost a stone in weight so far and its going well especially now ive got the marathon to focus on too. Only now if i eat lots of bad things i actually feel a bit horrible and fat when before i just used to feel happy!
Im hoping it doesnt rain this weekend because walking in the rain isnt too much fun although ive got a great pac a mac, hardly leave the house without it (i do look a bit like a tourist in it though)

Keith_L 'Hope the birthday goes well Heard a lot of people who have had some success with weight watchers and losing a stone already is great progress. As long as you dont compensate by eating more the weight should start to fall away as the training picks up. Hope you ahve a great weekend.' added 17th Oct 2009
