Broke my eating and running rule!
Friday gym session - 4 mile treadmill run, 39.44, av 9.56 pace
I have a rule, that I don't run within 2 hrs of eating to allow my food to digest properly.
I broke that rule tonight and went to gym and started run about 1½hrs after dinner.
Regretted it immediately, had bit of a dodgy stomach throughout run, but still managed it and included 2 significant ½ mile inclines! That's something I really want to continue working on. Kinda confident could manage relatively flat half marathon now but think might struggle if any major inclines!
Again, finished with a good circuit session.
