Can't really run at the moment, I've been told I must rest and give my shin splint a chance to  heal. So annoying!

So I have decided to promote my challenge and begin some serious fundraising with my very own website http://www.40miles.co.uk.

I am running '40 miles before I'm 40' which is to include starting with the mighty London Marathon.

I had a miscarriage last year and running has really helped me cope with my grief. I couldn't save my baby but hopefully with the money i raise for this fantastic charity i can help save someone else's.
