10 weeks to train... oooopppsss can I do it? by craig0104

22ndFeb - Still in Boston but flying home later today.  Enjoyed my movie last night.  'Woman in Black': kept me on the edge of my seat, think my nerves are all shot to pot though & I think I may have wasted half of my SMALL popcorn, HOLD the butter, on the floor the amount of times it made me jump! Took me at least half the movie to get it out of my head also that one of the main characters was no longer a boy wizard, that it was not the Hogwarts train & no he couldn't banish the 'Woman in Black' with his wand! :)) LOL! Anyways, a good evening! This morning I spent some time doing some more fundraising.  I composed some more emails & sent these to friends & family & also set up a group on Facebook for 'Macmillan Cancer Support runners and their supporters'.  Really happy with today's results. I've managed another £185 for the fundraising total. So total now stands at £720 which means in the 48 hrs I have been in Boston I have managed to collect £405 for 'Macmillan Cancer Support'! A massive thank you to all of you that have donated.  This money will make a massive difference.  It is also very motivational for me too. So I headed off to the gym excited with today's donations & decided on an hour.  I did a 3 mile treadmill run (28:05) finished by a one mile walk.  Then I did a 5 mile bike ride.  So I was pretty happy with that.  Time to chill now & write a few thank you notes to my sponsors before grabbing some dinner before my flight home.
