Running on Sunday 14th March
Hi again!
I run again today on the stadium for 5 km, in 32 minutes and 20s. I should be faster! Next time I must finish in 30 minutes! I actually run at a 10k race speed, so I could go on and on running.
I will do more sprints at my training, to increase the speed and to be able to maintain it for longer distances.
I subscribed for the Bupa 10,000 London, so I have lots of work to do! It keeps me motivated! It will be my first competition to abroad and I am quite excited about it!
