Hi!
I finally started my training last week, when I run 3 times for about 5 km non stop. I want to reach 10 km again after 3 weeks.
We had a very cold winter here, with lots of snow, so I did not run in December and January. But I can say that I did not put on weight any kg at all! I walked a lot and also climbed stairs in order to keep fit. I plan to participate at 3-4 running competitions this year and I also hope to be able to run more than 10 km non stop before the year is finished.
