Week Fourteen Easy Run

Apr1420097:30 p.m.

The Goal: Run 4 mi @ 8:41/mile.

The Result: Ran 4.0 miles in 34:14 at 8:33 mins/ mile.

The Splits: 8:31, 8:34, 8:31, 8:35.

Felt fine.  I always feel fine in the first run after an 18- or 20-miler.  The run after that is the one that gives me trouble.
