The Goal: Run 5 miles @ 8:41/mile pace.
The Result: Ran 5.0 miles in 42:12 at 8:26 mins/ mile.
The Splits: 8:26, 8:16, 8:27, 8:29, 8:34.
I moved this run back a day because Tuesday was freezing, snowy and very windy. Just an ugly day. I'm starting to get a little energy back, but I don't think I'll be 100% until the day before the Marathon. Of course, that's the day I'm hoping to be 100%. Still, Week 13 is starting to feel the way I thought it would - coming back from "monster month" and regaining energy.
