The Result: Ran 5.0 miles in 38:38 at 7:43 mins/ mile.
The Splits:
8:04, 7:15, 7:16, 7:25, 8:40.
Yes! I haven't run faster miles like this in a few weeks, and I miss it. Of course, I don't have the greatest spring in my step right now, but it feels good to put together three 7:15-7:25 miles in a row like this.
