Tamworth Wiggle 10k Thunder Run

Been checking out the website for this race which I am doing on Saturday and I forot it was X-country. So yesterday bought some NEW SHOES and am wearing them at every oppurtunity to wear them in for Saturday. Hopefully be OK. Looks like an up and coming race this one. This is it's second year and ties in with numerous cycling events (I assume Mountain Bikes) but you can even run with your dog if you put him on the application form and free camping for competitors.
Been to GP about knee and shoulder he is referring me to physio. Have move contracts recently so am hoping to have 2 to 3 months with a running club called Avon Valley Runners. Website reads well and hopefully be good for my times leading up to GNR09.
