Since the last post..not much has happen on the running front.
I have not risked the back and have tried to take things easy. Which comes quite natural to me anyway.

Taken a couple of spins on the bike at a very easy pace, with no reaction afterwards so hopefully on the mend. Finger crossed! About 90% to full recovery methinks?
No chance of running last weekend due to work and a range of party food packaging needing to be designed and out to print for Monday! Nice. Nor this weekend due to going to Eastbounre with Karen.

NOW some good news comes in the way of my art. TWO of my painting are going to be used as a backdrop to a Worship conference in Eastbounre later this week. Its great news for Karen and I as we are hoping to meet up for dinner with one of the Leaders Cindy West who has traveled in from America to talk at the conference. I had read her book “YES Worship through art” some time ago now and without my knowing Karen had emailed Cindy and sent some of my work over. She loved them and wanted to use two as I said for a backdrop. She then went onto talking about a project she is heading up which she thinks I would be interested. Well I will have to wait and see on that one? But How cool is that!?
