which way to go....

This morning first lovely jog in a long time... a half mile up the road we have the havens nature reserve, beautiful this time of year kept it short to around 3.5miles and slow 9.45pace, with stops after each mile for a good stretch, all felt Ok-ish. The run was more about getting form and getting out than speed.
I am trying out a forefoot running style after reading up on the issues with heel striking, and the benifits of forefoot running less injuries, less engery used and faster times can it be true? newton running think so.
Liverpool marathon booked of the 9th October, i have 9 weeks to get some fitness back then 15 weeks of training....watch this space....
