Xco, lets go!

Oct21201010:15 p.m.

and so I did, the plan said 4miles so 4miles it was with a twist! ran with hand weights 'Xco' (look them up). The first miles was way to fast, when your arm get swing with these bad boys on your hands its had to slow down! But once I got into a rhythm the next three miles felt pretty good. No reaction in the calf from yesterday 9miles. So week 2 is going OK methinks, rest day tomorrow means back on the bike another 9miles. Which just leaves a 6 & 4miler to complete.

happy running atb daza

  • Johnf 'Hmm this sounds a bit like a pricing argument, at what weight do the weights start to slow you down? Or am I thinking too deep about this, its just that I don't want to see you running with a 24kg weight on your wrists, your arms will just be too long for your body!!' added 22nd Oct 2010
