I had a day off work yesterday as I had been down to sheffield the previous night to see MUSE in at the arena. Awesome! I didnt really get much sleep afterwards but I had a pretty contstructive day considering. I got to the gym on the morning for a weights session, finished the majority of my xmas shopping (no really) , got the dog out for his walk before the fireworks started then ran 3.9 miles in 36 mins 19 secs! Phew! The run was tough as I was tired and thirsty.
We've had an email from the club advising us that the xmas handicap theme this year is 'super heros and villains'. Perhaps I should go as superwoman!?
