Philly campaign in full swing

Philly marathon is Nov 23!
It's Thursday night. I've run twice this week, once a little over four miles in my neighborhood, and tonight four miles even in my usual forest preserve. It's getting hard to jam the runs in before dark and will be even more so after daylight savings ends this weekend. So most of my running between now and Philly will be on the weekends.
Have a 5K lined up for Saturday, perhaps some extra miles, and then a long run on Sunday, with luck. My right ankle feels a little dodgy. Maybe a litle vitamin I tonight.
