Start of week 5 - 67 miles to date

My blogging is a bit sporadic but got to rush an update in before my 'follower' numbers drop from ZERO to a negative number!
- Week 3 ended up being only 14 miles. Got to blame dealing with a cold & also visitors - although I did do a 10k with a fell-running whippet of a Derbyshire lad @ 8am on the saturday, after 3 or 4 beers the night before. Pragmatic progress I think!
- Week 4 - runs of 4, 5 & 8.5 miles (The 0.5 made all the difference and was worth logging!) 17.5m in total but was showing good form after the long run.
- Week 5 - 1 run so far - 4 miles. Fast pace and felt really good on the hills. I think the groundwork maybe paying off.
I have got a niggly tendon pain and am trying some orthotic inserts from the physio. They are size 11 tho (no idea why he isn't stocking 13s !!) - so I think I need to fork out.
Also, just had my PC rebuilt so should be logging the GPS data soon!
