Had to start somewhere...

First run today since learning i have a place for 2012. I was very nervous to see how unfit i was.
My aim is to lose at least 3st by next April, so going to be dieting as well to start with.
Managed to do 30mins today and about 90% of that was running, better than i feared but a long way to go!!! i know from before that once you can go above the hour of good running it gets easier.
I will also be tracking my weight loss as part of my blog

Keith_L 'Good luck with the training and the weight loss. Dont underestimate what you have achieved 30 mins is good. Dont build thing sup too fast but lay down a solid base and focus on that weight loss for a while as it will help avoid injuries ' added 4th Oct 2011
