My first outing was completed tonight after popping to the local Roko gym and signing up for a 7 day trial to see if I want to join properly.
As Judith asked I will probably resurrect the jelly baby blogs but not movie title this time so I am open to suggestions!!!
Tomorrow will be a quick visit to the gym after work before going off to see the not so mighty Gills against Barnet in the JPT (which will be more painful than any run!!)
