Arrived home from work got changed into trackies & tee shirt, came down stairs holding trainers, said to MrFish 'I don't think you've heard me say this before but ... I'm going for a jog'

We live close to a well maintained playing field so that seems the logical place to start, I managed a sort of circuit of the field in that I got half way round then it goes alongside the creek and I had visions of stumbling and going in (it was high tide) so I turned round and came back the same way.

Have brought my trainers to work, so instead of sitting looking at internet at lunch I shall go for a bit of a 'quick walk/jog' I have the ladies loos to my self to freshen up when I get back.

Sadly the wine did not remain unopened
