What and awesome day , completed my first marathon and at London YAY YAY , loved it !!!!!! The encouragement that I recieved from the crowd was like nothing Ive ever experienced , the atmosphere was like a massive carnival wow
as always I was worried about getting cold but no problem , my biggest problem was in the last 4 miles trying not to cry like a baby because of all those people chearing me on what a day !
I ran a steady pace , second half only a min slower than the first half and compleated in 5 hrs 45 min , not what some would be pleased with but Im totally stoked , I completed and I managed to run most of the way and under 6 hrs , wow wow wow
taking it easy today , I seem to have a new walk , also some bruises seem to have appeared , hey ho Im happy
