Yesterday I spent a glorious 5 hours standing in IKEA,in Edinburgh, with my bucket !

It was quite lonesome doing it by myself but had plenty entertainment in the form of IKEAs customers doing their festive shopping especially a poor woman who walked the length of the checkouts trailing toilet paper from under her skirt....oh dear

I had a nice cosy spot beside the food shop. I met a couple of marathon runners too  and lots of people wished me good luck which was nice.

I had  a bag of ballons for the kids which ran out after half an hour but it was nice to see kids running around with LOOK's yellow balloons. If only I'd had more!!

5 hours was a long time standing but worth it as I managed to raise £81. I was meant to be collecting the previous day but they had to withdraw for another charity.

I'm still selling stuff on Ebay too which has raised £40 so far.

The running side of it is not so good a I still cant run with my pulled chest muscle. It doesnt see to be getting better!!! I'm hoping to get out running over the festive season and see how it is. I'm a bit sad by it all as I felt I was doing really well.

Just a setback I guess...we all have them!!
