Evening All, 

Just to bring you bang up to date, I was selected to run stage 13 on the Sunday of the welsh castles relay, for those who don't know it's a 20 stage relay from caernarfon castle to Cardiff castle last weekend involving 58 clubs from far and wide, some cracking runners from all clubs and a very fast appearance from Louise damen a future British olympic marathon runner, who cruised home to win her stage. I was happy with my stage I done 10.6 miles in 69:15.
