Another false start?

Brilliant - we now have our tread mill back. I brought it home from storage on Wednesday and it, well actually, shall we call it her or she, stands proudly in our barn amid one hundred and fifty four 8' by 4' insulation sheets. Daughter gave her a shake-down yesterday and all seemed well, and I climbed aboard this morning for a half hour sesh.
Now, at this point I ought to fess-up because of that half hour spell, barely the last three minutes were spent actually running. I didn't realise just how much I've let myself go. This is pitiful stuff I have to say - and there's me hoping to find an 'accepted' mag on the doormat next month. Hmm.
Anyway, I'll see how this first week goes. Have a good weekend everyone.
