Hello everyone. I hope those aching muscles are starting to feel better. Your reports have been amazing and it appears that the weather made it quite difficult conditions, although I would still prefer that to the hail storm last year!
Running club again last night (how impressive does that sound, makes me sound like I'm getting somewhere!). Did four miles but found it a bit frustrating because it was quite a large group and seemed to involve hanging around which is where I will get fed-up as I only have an hour to run in and need to collect Matthew from athletics so can't be late. Could end up running around the track whilst he's there at this rate. Did do four miles though averaging 10.16. Fastest mile was 9.59 - wo ho!!
As the title suggests - I've finally managed to get an application for a ballot place in, my goodness that was a task and a half!! Paul's applied as well. Deal is if we both get places he takes up the challenge, I defer. So it's fingers crossed!
