Sore throat :(

I completed my sunday morning long run in good time for me. A hilly just shy of 9 miles that i managed to pace at 9.40 (although my ever present and lovely running partner zoomed home on the last two miles with fresh legs and managed 9.30). I felt alot stronger and more powerful having ditched the bad eating habits and stuck to my core training for 10 mins daily. However two days on and a sore back and throat have materialised and stopped me going out today, some simple stretches and lots of fluids on the cards.
Goal going forward - build strength in legs to romp home on them hills.

Pre training long run
A whole week has nearly passed without getting out for a run and the guilt is building up. Tomorrow will be a struggle, a 9 hilly miler with my speedy...
