1 month 7 days to go...eeeek

I'm trying the slower running thing this week, it's actually quite enjoyable! Ran for 55 minutes on Monday and 30 minutes yesterday. I've also been out on my road bike for 70 minutes the last two days aswell... i'm panicking about my fitness!!
My hamstrings have been really sore since the Bath Half and after taking a very easy week last week they are still causing me pain. So much so that I have to stop every 10-15 minutes when running to stretch. I am off to the chiropractors this morning so hopefully he should be able to help. I'm doing lots of stretching and ice, but it's not improving at the rate I would like!
Planning on going aquajogging this afternoon for 60 minutes, then tomorrow I am cycling again for 70 minutes and doing a 60 minute run. The plan at this stage is to do 17 miles on saturday... but that will depend on how my hamstrings improve over the next few days.
