Catch up and Round Up

OK, so completed 21 miles last Saturday with Payless and Hayabusa Man, found it a hard slog.
Tuesday was 22 * 400m and managed to get them all in between 1:40-1:45mm as required so I was relieved as I had had a terrible marathon paced run the thurs before and thought my body was just giving up with all the training.
Wednesday did a 1hr recovery run at 9:20mm and in fact couldnt have completed any quicker even if I tried which didnt bode well for my next marathon paced run on thurs.
However.... someone must have been feeling sorry for me cos I completed my 10miles at 8:20 pace on the dot and felt comfortable and extremely relieved.
Saturday I completed 22miles with Bouncing Ball and, although I was tired at the end I could have carried on if I really needed to.
So heres to the next week and lets see what that brings us!
Hope you all had a good training week and well done to Mr Patel who complete the MK half in "the best time he has had for 10 months"
