Another year, another challenge by iacamp

I've caught a  major rhinoviral infection, which has stopped me doing anything physical for three days now. We can't call it flu, because we know its not as bad as that. It is still very frustrating. This is even though I think my legs are glad of the rest and may reward me with better performances in a few weeks time.

For now i just need to get better, and try not to spread the germs, though you do most of that before you know you have caught it. I'll be back.
