Getting psyched for Phily

I'm getting psyched up for Philadelphia! Just getting some good base miles in now so I can start an 18 week program - whenever that is....Need to get out a calendar and count back. I'm using a TrainingPeaks on line training program with Hal Higdon. I'm hoping if I follow a guru's advice I will have a good shot at qualifying this year for Boston.

Flyers26 'I am looking at this marathon as my 1st. I have been running for 25+ yrs, so I don't consider myself a novice. My longest "race" has been 10 milers, the last one this past March. My question is if I follow Hal Higdon, which training guide should I follow? My goal time is 4hrs for the marathon.' added 21st May 2008
