Boring: Day 5...
God! I really hate the repetitive nature of weights. Lift it up, put it down...
My plan said twenty minutes weights after the rest day yesterday - I concentrated on the upper body rather than my legs due to my knees. I did:
- Lateral Raises
3 sets of 10 repetitions
- Hammer curls
3 sets of 10 repetitions
- Concentration Curls
3 sets of 10 repetitions
- Seated Shoulder Presses
3 sets of 10 repetitions
- Front Raises
3 sets of 10 repetitions
- Upright Rows
3 sets of 10 repetitions
It was all worth it though for a chocolate protein drink and the thought of some cycling, albeit indoor, tomorrow night for day 6. Stitches out, funny scabs and a nice new yellow pair of Skylons to go with the new red (and the old pairs - found an old silver/red pair from 2006). Hope you are doing well? See you all soon....
*Nice pictures from http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/dumbbellexercises.html - look at it! Use it!
