Ran with Ronnie and Liz, who are both doing the High Legh 10km in Feb.  They are very excited about it and, without prompting, Liz was saying how she thought it was one of the best races she had run.  She mentioned it being very friendly, which Ronnie liked because it's his first race...

So, easy, very easy 5km from Centre Park in Warrington out towards the A49 and up to Stockton Heath and back to Centre Park.  I didn't push it and enjoyed being the guy who watched after them on the road...

Did a big sprint finish beating Liz by a few meters after she challenged us to the sprint...

I also ran in the same outfit as Sunday.  Not the same reaction but a talking point at work - I really appreciated the honks...

I like the new look.  It's got Twitter/FriendFace qualities but also that unique thing that Realbuzz has always had, for me anyway.  However, it's not the look and feel or the backend, it's about the community, you - whether you moan or groan; laugh and smile; keep us in suspense or threaten to quit - I love you...

Just one thought to remember, freedom of speech is a precious gift that we hold and democracy provides everyone a chance to take part and have their say.  Remember that Grandad shot facsists....
