Ran on Sunday 22km in 2 hours. Tried to go further but I've got problems with my right knee again. Didn't run with Shelley and Ron today, resting up instead.
Ron had some good news last week - his lad didn't have to have the operation last week. The surgeon felt it didn't need to be done so everyone was really relieved and happy. Thanks for thinking of them.
Fundraising has taken off a bit this weekend so I'm really pleased and it is pusingh me on.
