Well Done to all the London Marathon Runners - Nearly there myself now!

Apr2520109:25 p.m.

Well, here we are 4 weeks to Edinburgh and the last heavy milage week!

I decided not to try and reclaim the missed milage from last week, thought that would be a bit daft, so did the scheduled 15 miles and managed quite well.  Have so far completed 130 miles this month with this week still to go, that is again the highest milage I have ever done.

I watched the beginning and end of the London Marathon and have to say the look etched on some of those faces brought back the memories of London last year at the time when it is pure agony, I did think yet again what have I done! However I realised it was not the 15/16 mile mark where I began to suffer it was the 18/19 mile mark, so this in mind actually made me feel a bit better! Somehow! I just know no matter what it is going to hurt all over again - half marathons are so much more appealing!

Well next post the worst will be over!!! yippee!!!! Apart from the acutal marathon of course!
