It was a bit fresh out this morning, but the scenery was fantastic!!!!
Even looking down my street look like a postcard as i was the only one out at that time in the morning on a sunday 7.30am.
Went up manchester road towards oldham and had the challenge of going uphill in the snow and ice (which seemed to spur me on even faster, even with my very warm wintery top and fluffy florecent yellow hat!!).
Did 7.2 mile in :- 7.29, 7.02, 7.09, 6.58, 7.08, 7.05, 7.10.
Went over the motorway and through Daisy nook and saw some fantastic picture postcard shots.
Was a challenging run this morning, especially as i have not done anything since last mondays running club session. (not well!! listened to body!!)
Back on track now and looking forward to mondays club session (christmas hat run).
