MOOBS!!!!!!!!!

Nov2920093:42 p.m.

Learnt from last long run with sore moobs and this time put mico-porse surgical tape, can recomend guys.... yes you look silly with white crosses on your nips but it stops the chaffing and you don't get vaseline on all your tops.

They were fresh as a daisy and not sore or bleeding....

Went out today with Sandrine at 8.30 this morning. Sandrine was her usual charming self surviving on her few hours of sleep.

we did a nice relaxing 14.45 mile with quite a few hills which tested our legs.

Average pace was only 8.43 (but i blame sandrine for that for stopping) (only joking sandrine, thankyou for the fresh coffee and shake after the run, you spoil me!!).

Just over 2hr to do the run today so we were moving for quite some time.

Hope the leg is better for mondays run. (the booze should help with that tonight!!)

Stockport 10 mile in 2 weeks today should be a nice challenge with the hills, know stockport pretty well so we shall see.

Back to club tomorrow for some more torture.... (only joking pete, i love it really)

Last night was the presentation for the club as a whole.  Great night had by all.

Special congratulations to my daughter Robyn (8) who got a special acheivment certificate for her running with the Rockets.

Congratulations to Simon, ALL the Mannings, Jodie, Sara and our Leader Pete who all took trophys home.

Sandrine nearly took home the entire trophy cabinet and will need to buy more shelves.

Watch out i am going to take something home next year..........

  • FrenchBird 'Right you, blaming moi for being slower than planned. Get yourself another running partner then! Cheeky so and so. Was disappointed @ first by the average pace but then looked back at previous ones and felt better! First time was @ 9.15 pace, then 8.50 so we're getting better! P.S. You'll never take my trophies home Jason, there are for the Ladies. Unless you forgot to tell me something...' added 30th Nov 2009
