RECOVERY MONDAY....SPEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDD

Tonights monday club session cosnisted of of a 20 min easy out and hard back to knock at least 2 mins off the time back.

Yes we did start of slower with Pete pushing to pick up the pace, but i think this was mainly because the majority of us did 14-15 miles yesterday on our sunday run and still felt a bit sore.

Me (jason) Simon, pete, darren and allister and Domonic started off in the leading pack with pete picking up the pace at 2 mile.

We did 4.68 mile in total (2,34 out and 2.34 back at the faster pace).

Although the run out avarahed a 8.35 mile pace i managed to average a 6.01 pace coming back and managed to knock off the 5 min pete requested and another 48 seconds (5.48 quicker coming back).

The best pace coming back was 4.52 so i did start off that little bit quicker.

Sara, Liz and tracey also did a very good run tonight (i think i had better mention Tony as he does get upset at times if we don't congratulate him, WELL DONE TONY!!!!

Some great news tonight, i have secured a place in the London Marathon next year (thankyou Pete and Harriers).

This shall be my first marathon and hopefully the first of many.
